"Neighborhood garage sales, safe sidewalks for walking, families of all ages, voting location, well maintained park with play equipment, wildcats baseball and little league every summer, and tennis. Trick or Treating is like in the movies. There’s a Kroger, Dollar Tree, Pizza Hut, Little Turtle Library, a liquor store, banks, gas stations + within walking distance. "

"Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Close to the park. Also, very close to I-69, Jefferson pointe, and Glenbrook. Very nice/helpful neighbors as well. "

"they need to know that this is a very good neighborhood for kids but no matter where you live you need to still watch your kids too make sure they're safe by checking on them or making sure they're in by a certain time. "

"This neighborhood is a best kept secret of FW. It is in biking/walking distance to Kroger, Arbys, Dairy Queen, Dollar Tree, Liquor store, Chase bank, Price elementary, King Gyros, McDonalds, Little Turtle Library the Ci-Op and more as well as being only one mile from downtown. 6 minutes to both JP & Glennrook. Neighbors sit on their porches in nice weather in the evenings, walk their dogs and push their babies in strollers. In the summer kids walk to their baseball practices at Hamilton park. There is also a beautiful sidewalk all around the park good for walking, running, biking, even skating. We have lived here for 13 years and it has been a fantastic place to raise our kids and build bonds with our neighbors. "

"I've lived here since 1996. The best thing I like is the ease in getting into, and out of the area. Traffic is not a major issue. Getting into and out of your driveway is no problem. People are helpful and friendly."
