"There are always people walking their dogs! The dogs are always friendly and the owners seem to pick up after their pets"

"I lived here for a few years. It's a very nice neighborhood. I often left my door unlocked even! The neighborhood association is active and makes sure the city gives the Bryan Park area enough attention. And Bryan Park is a great place to walk the dog or play sports with friends. If you have children, there are also a couple playgrounds there, too. Plus it's walking distance to IU for the many people that come to Bloomington to study or work at the university."

"Good area. Templeton Elementary right across the street. Corner lot. No houses directly in front or on one side of home; has basement, fenced yard. "

"The house is only a couple blocks from Feast and a short walk to the new Elm Heights Bloomingfoods. It is on the Express bus line to campus. Parents can easily walk their children to Templeton Elementary and Bryant Park. The new crossing area at Allen and Walnut makes it very easy to access the new B-line Rail Trail, which takes you to downtown and the Farmer's Market. The neighborhood has a lot of young families, and is far enough from campus to avoid loud undergraduate parties. We have a block party every summer with music and entertainment for the kids. Everyone is very friendly and happy to welcome new neighbors."

"The area is just lovely. The South Dunn Street is complete and has immaculate houses and yards. My husband and I always enjoy walking down the street, as we live on the street. Mira Spa and Feast are located within the shops at the end of the street. This area is truly one of a kind for Bloomington! The neighbors are extremely nice and always outside on their porches. They generally have neighborhood events and just the other night there was a band on the street. I can easily walk to campus or downtown. Bryan Park is just steps away and the street is just one block over from the bus stop! I must say that when we moved here from the south, where large front porches are a staple and neighbors are sweet, this neighborhood was the only fit for us!"
