    "We are visiting Springfield, staying with friends who live on this street. I am enjoying the neighborhood. It is safe to take an evening walk. Washington Park is very close by. The houses and yards are maintained very well. People walk their dogs too. If we were in the market to move to Springfield I would be looking to buy in this area."
