"It’s for the most part a quiet street, but there are a few in the neighborhood that don’t keep garbage picked up and don’t mow the lawn in the summertime. "

"The commute to downtown is easy enough, with quick access to 74. The roads, however, are awful. Good luck avoiding potholes and flat tires. "

"The Uplands has a beautiful, well maintained boulevard with mature trees in a quiet neighborhood. Bradley Park is one of Peoria’s greatest park and is blocks away. Great for walks or runs with friendly neighbors saying hello as you go."

"If you want to live in a neighborhood with lots of children, where neighbors socialize and you can walk to shops and entertainment, then this is the place for you. Bradley park borders the neighborhood with playgrounds, beautiful trails, frisbee golf, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, a baseball diamond, a shelter for entertaining, a shuffleboard court, and more. Bradley University's campus is just south of the neighborhood, providing fine arts entertainment and convenient access to other university amenities."
