    "Nice neighborhoods, well kept homes & yards, pet friendly community with great places to take dogs including downtown, kid friendly community with parks, activities & an interactive Children’s Museum, many sub-divisions have elementary schools, wonderful parks & park programs, 3 top notch libraries, numerous restaurants of all kinds, and a lovely, active, large downtown with a beautiful riverwalk. This community is not very diverse. "
