5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have never felt more involved with my children's schools before. Ridge Crest offers parents so many opportunities to stay in touch with the teachers and principal. My favorite though is the opportunities to volunteer and participate in activities during and after school with PTA as well as the school.Parent Review2y ago2 Reviews - Groveland Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has given so much hassle and heartache. My daughter's dad has fought and fought with them to send him info about our daughter. They always said they will, or they don't now why he hasn't received his information. They also failed to keep my daughter from being sexually harassed. It started with no one ever reporting these incidences to any authoritative figures, my daughter had to report to me rather than a teacher/principal. I had to go to the extent of filing a Formal Complaint to the district which also goes to the State of Idaho Ed Dept. I never felt they truly cared to keep my daughter safe from this kid, and I had to be the one to fight for her safety and well being. Loved the academics, but not the way they actually care for the students as individuals.Parent Review10y ago3 Reviews - Blackfoot Charter Community

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe kindergarten program is fantastic, and there are some great teachers. However, the administration is quite disappointing. They are difficult to connect with and don't return messages or reply to comments. They even sent out politically charged messages encouraging people on how to vote, which was highly inappropriate. When I reached out to discuss this message with them, they never responded. They had a day off scheduled on their school calendar and lunch menu for a Monday, then sent out a phone message on a Saturday telling families "Oh, never mind. Now there IS school on Monday". They also try to charge a $50 supply fee at the beginning of the year, which is illegal. Of course, they can't force it, but many families think they have to pay. This is not the case.Parent Review8y ago1 Reviews
