    "Des Moines' "South of Grand" area is a premier area in Des Moines. It's known as a well established area with fine homes and big trees. The downtown area has gone through an amazing revitalization. You no longer have to go to the suburbs to be close to everything. The "South of Grand" location could not be better. The schools are excellent. The neighbors are friendly. You can't find a better place to call home than South of Grand. "
