My three kids have attended Jackson Elementary. Two have moved on to middle school and our third is still there. Every single teacher, every single staff member, has been a dedicated professional and goes above and beyond to help students and their families. Our youngest has special needs and the school has done an excellent job of accommodating him. There is also a range of parent volunteers who help make all events fun and memorable. Our children remember all of their teachers fondly.

Essential Montessori is absolutely the best preschool around. The teachers are leagues ahead of the rest. After having my children attend 4 schools in the area I can confidently say that Essential Montessori is the best school in the Cedar Rapids area.The teachers are so loving and care deeply about the children each individually. They are truly experts in their field. If I could send my children there for elementary I would. Its also very affordable for the excellent care, experience and learning your child is given. I cannot say enough good things about Essential.
