5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWilliam Heights Elementary is #1 ! Take it from a Mom(& a G'ma)with 3 children that have been there. From special learning to advanced learning, from medical issues to special moment memories, with staff encouragement of participation by parents of academic, athletic, educational trips, & extracurricular activities and such huge academic achievement... it is very aparant this entire staff truly works as a team, loves their job, and these children...and works with you - as a parent. William Heights entire staff deserves our thanks for their dedication and service to these children. It is so wonderful to see these children arriving and departing from school daily with a smile on their face- actually enjoying school - to know they are in a safe and comfortable and fun environment for learning means the world and actually makes the best learning environment for the kids to be able to focus. Its no wonder academic levels are not only met but are exceeded. Thanks again to all the staff for making a difference !Parent Review12y ago4 Reviews - Center Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has attended this school for two years. She’s in first grade currently. This school has a history of poor communication to its parents. I think it has reached a breaking point and our child will no longer be attending the school next year. The final straw for us was no heads up no text message. No nothing to let us know when the graduation ceremony was for our daughter. The day of the graduation ceremony we received a text at 7:44 AM approximately an hour and 16 minutes before the event started. As you can tell, this is not a proper heads up we did not have enough time to make it to our daughter‘s graduation ceremony because of this lack of communication. The most upsetting part is my daughter was crying because we didn’t make it after we picked her up from school early. We received a text regarding the next day graduation for third graders and the exact time that it would be. This was only done because we went into the office and complained about not being notified. In my opinion, this school is horrible.Parent Review1mo ago5 Reviews
