5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDon’t believe what you hear and sometimes what you see. The attention to the students well being is impeccable. The care the teachers have for the students should be described as nothing but phenomenal. Though the students are who attend are from a lower poverty line the, the teacher never flinch away from a challenge. The teachers fill the students with love and admiration. All I can say is school rating don’t mean as much if your children are misbehaving or being bullied or bullying other children. Westside Elementary holds each child to a high standard and nips bullying and bad behavior in the bud. The schools top priority is to ensure the children in their care grows and are better than they were before. This school deserves one of the highest accolades when it comes to love, care and appreciation to their children and their familiesParent Review3y ago8 Reviews - Centerville Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLast spring our family moved so we went from being zoned for Lake Joy Primary to Miller Elementary. I must say my daughter is really striving here. Her reading level went from first grade level to third read level. Her second grade teacher Mrs. Burgess is absolutely phenomenal! She is involved with her students outside of class and is genuinely concerned about their education. Miller is a very community-based school with family activities and sponsorships with local churches. I love Miller Elementary!Parent Review9y ago5 Reviews - Northside Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWith regards to learning, during the parent teachers conference, the facility expected less than 25% of teachers to show up by combining 4 classes and then being overwhelmed if more parents showed up. Literally, the facilities expectation was failure by their own definition. When another student in my sons class kept talking about suicide to my son the school has done nothing to stop it and not my son keeps talking about not wanting to be alive anymore. Even after pushing the facility, they said it has been escalated but they cannot talk about it, despite it still being an issue for my child. NsE School does not use ABCDF for grading, instead they use some other made-up system that the teacher can't even explain. Overall, it's clear this school is run by incompetent individuals who are just trying to get a paycheck rather then educate the future for tomorrow. I would highly recommend you see alternate education for your child/children.Parent Review1y ago5 Reviews - Westside Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWestside has had its ups and downs, but in the end we are very pleased. Right now we have the best teachers around. The academics are excellent! I am extra grateful for the Christ centered emphasis this year. I want my children to hear about Jesus everyday and grow to love Him. That is why we send our kids there! Thank you teachers for your devotion and sacrifice!Parent Review10y ago15 Reviews
