    "emm.......The place is quiet but not all this area is as clean as the upper area. Maybe because of the old houses haven't been renovated. Some parts of Metropolitan are really tidy and looks want to live in. But feels not very safe most of the time. Sometime the neighborhood sitting in front of their houses that make me feel breath of life."

    "I have lived in the neighborhood for twenty years. It keeps getting better. I love it! We know our neighbors and business owners by name and participate in block by block events,weekly and seasonally. The Neighborhood Association is well attended and active as community."
