"We LOVE the holidays. Almost the entire neighborhood goes all out for Halloween and Christmas. We also have our annual luminaries event where everyone lights the streets and pathways. Beautiful! "

"People in Coffee Pointe love to hang out so there is an annual pig roast in the park, pool, parties, book clubs, and an annual Easter egg hunt. It’s a great place to live and a very diverse neighborhood."

"This neighborhood is close to everything. We thought about living in the Berwick area when we moved to Savannah, but I’m glad we found this area as it is closer to everything! Also, the coffee bluff marina is right down the street. The HOAs are low too for a gated community. We also have the best events and neighbors around! This is a family oriented community and we could not imagine living anywhere else. "

"Coffee Pointe is a gated community with fully sodded and irrigated yards. Has a marsh front amenity center wiht zero-entry pool, playground, fitness center. Two tree-filled parks are great for joggers or strollers and pet-friendly with doggie convenience stations. Water enthusiasts enjoy the Coffee Point public marina on the Forest River, which is 1.5 miles from the front gate."

"Great neighborhood that is secluded yet minutes from public marina, golf course, parkway to downtown and public transportation, Many homes on large lots, all the homes are well taken care of and the homes association keeps the community involved and up to date on activities. Great area to walk and ride bikes and those who boat the new marina will be a terrific addition to the neighborhood. The soon to be completed Truman Pkwy will make driving into downtown a snap. All in all the Coffee Bluff area continues to improve and impress."
