This school has been great for my kids. The curriculum is tough, so you definitely have to stay involved, but it pushes the students to really earn their grades. The teachers are awesome and keep parents in the loop—my daughter’s teacher even texts me if she’s running late!My kids are on scholarship and have never been treated any differently. They’re also involved in several after-school activities, which they love. The school is on the smaller side, but it’s growing.

We have moved out of state and truly miss FMS. We moved to a very similar small private Montessori school, but have not had the same feel of community or parent support that this school excels at. The children are truly nurtured and their individuality is supported, while still learning the importance of community. Communication is excellent with parents! There is an enormous amount of love poured into the school and the children reap the benefits.

If you love your children don't send your children here. Horrible!!!!!!!!! I switched my child out and I'm so pleased now. Teachers are awful and the office has very bad attitudes. I think they need to shut this school down.

Our son started at Rising Star in August 2022 in the Toddler class, and choosing this school has truly been one of the best decisions we have made for our family.From the beginning, we could tell how much the teachers genuinely love and care about the children. Over the years, we have watched our son grow so much, not only academically, but socially and in his confidence and independence.He absolutely loves going to school every day. In fact, there are days when he cries because he doesn’t want to leave! As a parent, that says so much to me.Being able to go to work each day knowing that my child is safe, happy, loved, and learning gives me such peace of mind. Rising Star has become so much more than just a school to our family. It is a place where our son feels at home and where we know he is truly cared for.We are so thankful we found Rising Star and would recommend it to any family looking for a loving, nurturing place for their child to learn and grow.
