"Perfect blend of historic character and modern amenities. So close to everything yet so quiet and is a cozy neighborhood. Bike lanes are great, and proximity to Beltline at an affordable price. Love it!"

"Absolutely love Grant Park. So charming & walkable. The zoo is here and also one of the best parks in Atlanta. The Victorians and craftsman bungalows are to die for!"

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and love it. You see people walking with their people or fur babies. There are attractions and businesses close by. Great neighborhood feel. "

"this neighborhood is really safe and very walkable. the neighbors are great, but I would suggest against walking down Boulevard or memorial simply because traffic is so chaotic. for example, agave is about 2 mi from my house, but walking there, especially during rush hour, is extremely stressful, so much so to where I really won't go to the restaurant. be safe"

"Lovely area , easily commutable. Don’t know the pricing average for homes in the area but if I was buying in or around Atlanta this would be the spot for me and my family. People were very friendly as we filmed a movie here. "

"Ormond-Grant Park has a great playground and interactive rain garden. I see kids playing in the street occasionally and riding bikes/scooters around. Vehicle traffic tends to stay at reasonable speeds on most residential streets. Grant Park and the Zoo are obviously great for kids, too."

"Lived here for 25 years. People are house poor and complain a lot about city living (traffic, crime, etc). I mean I’d complain too if I paid 400k for my house. "

"Wonderful, diverse neighborhood. Great food and entertainment options. The area is really growing quickly with quality restaurants and a market having opened in the past year. Close to downtown and the highway but still has a neighborhood fear."

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience has been very Positive. We have absolutely loved our Elementary School teachers - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade teachers have been amazing. My child feels safe and cared for. She also has fun and really looks forward to school and learning. The PTA does a great job of including families and Principal Foster, Miss HG and the leadership team do a phenomenal job of running this ship! The teachers and staff are especially supportive of kids that need attention and they have a lot of experience and patience working with kids from various backgrounds and learning levels. It is a very "inclusive" culture.Parent Review2y ago51 Reviews - Country Village Montessori School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCVMS has been amazing for our family. Our children are truly thriving here. With such caring and dedicated teachers, they receive more individualized attention and are challenged in a balanced, thoughtful way. I only wish the school went all the way through high school! Even so, we feel confident knowing our children are receiving a high-quality education.Parent Review8mo ago4 Reviews - The Bradley Academy
