"We are visiting for a few days. Traffic is light and the area is wuiet. Walking is not done often. Schools nearby. Shopping has a wide range of options."

"I love the trees, and the neighborhood. The people are great! It's a safe area. I walk my dog all the time and meet other dog walkers and have become friends with a few. Love the location too! It's close to downtown but also close to shops, and restaurants."
