8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have went to the school for one year. I have a fifth grader and a seventh grader. My seventh grader is autistic and came with an IEP that they refused to write for him there he was called all types of racial slurs and bullied the entire year. my daughter who was in fifth grade was bullied constantly and a lot of it came from her teacher. She was patted down by her teacher with no one else around. The school is absolutely awful. None of the staff that I have encountered care about their students. The principal is absolutely not reachable. I asked to speak with her several times and was told I need an appointment and when I asked for an appointment, they didn’t have any do not recommend especially for anybody with a special needs child.Parent Review11mo ago35 Reviews - Venice Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter started this school at the 5th-grade level a couple of months into the school year. I was a bit uneasy about her starting later due to us relocating. However, her teachers were very informative and supportive. Within the first quarter Aiyanna had caught up with the rest of her peers; nonetheless, it was due to the involvement, coaching, and patience of the teachers and myself working together. I appreciated them very much; especially her coming in not only as a new student but us as a family not knowing the differences in the curriculums based in her school district she was in prior to us moving to Sarasota county. The teachers actually care about the students' education and are always available when parents reach out or express concerns. They don't just say what parents want to hear and that is appreciated especially as a very involved parent in my child's education; this speaks volumes.Thank you for all that you do! I have a son starting Kindergarten this fall if we lived in the district I'd be sending him to Venice EL as well.Parent Review3y ago6 Reviews - Epiphany Cathedral School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had an extremely disappointing experience with this school. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, and the staff seemed indifferent to students' needs. Communication was lacking, and I felt unsupported throughout my time there. Overall, I would not recommend this school to anyone seeking a quality education or a positive environment.Other Review1y ago21 Reviews - European Academy Of Early Education

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI recently had the opportunity to lead an SEO masterclass for the teachers at the European Academy of Early Education, and it was an excellent experience. The faculty demonstrated professionalism, curiosity, and a strong commitment to improving their skills, which reflects the school’s dedication to ongoing teacher development. The academy fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where educators are encouraged to engage with new ideas, ask questions, and explore practical strategies that enhance their teaching. It was clear that the school prioritizes both student outcomes and the professional growth of its staff, creating a positive impact on the overall learning experience. From my perspective as an instructor, the European Academy of Early Education stands out for its commitment to high-quality education and professional development. Any program that empowers its teachers to learn and innovate will naturally benefit its students, making this school a strong choice for families seeking a nurturing and forward-thinking learning environment.Parent Review1mo ago18 Reviews
