"This area is very walkable. Within 1/4 mile are restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery store and pharmacy…within 1 mile are more restaurants, bay shore, ballast point bay side park and TYCC. Quite neighborhood, easy driving to most of Tampa."

"I have never used public transportation. Most things in my specific area are not walkable. Generally a short car ride to most locations that interest us. "

"Congested... Too many people! High rises going up and adding more and more people with no revamp of the transportation needs for evacuation. "

"Dogs owners would not appreciate not having a adequate place other than the side walks along the highway to walk their dog. and also alot of dog owners do not pick up after their dog. "

"This neighborhood has great access to the highway, downtown Tampa is close ($15 Uber ride), and if you’re military, the commute to work is great. Also, close access to the water and food restaurants "

"Public transportation is right outside my door and ride sharing services are easy to obtain ... My commute to the air force base is exceptionally great seeing that its one bus I have to take to and from work ... Other than that my commute around Gandy-Sun Bay South is time efficient and stress free unless its a rainy day or the drivers just dont feel like being at work that day smh"

"We lack in that area for sure!! Radiant church has made an effort to do more outreach. We could use a few more parks and bike trails/paths. "

"My commute is with out stress or heavy traffic to and from the most popular areas and workplaces it’s a great commute wouldn’t trade it for the cross town or 275 or four for anything I am in a perfect location"

"The residents of my neighborhood are friendly and supportive. I am a US Army Soldier and often leave for weeks at a time. I can count on my neighbors to keep a watchful eye on my home. I love South Tampa especially during the holiday season. "

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSt. Clement Catholic School has been a tremendous blessing for my 5th and 7th graders over the past three years. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed into this amazing community. One of the standout aspects of St. Clement's is undoubtedly its incredible community. The sense of togetherness and support within this school is second to none. From the faculty and staff to the parents and fellow students, it truly feels like a family. Being new to Chicago as well as the school, this welcoming atmosphere made the transition into this school seamless for my children, and it has fostered a sense of belonging that is invaluable to their educational journey. One recent highlight that we absolutely love about St. Clement's is the addition of new academic clubs. These clubs provide students with a wide variety of opportunities to explore their passions and interests. These clubs have allowed my 7th grader to further develop his entrepreneurial skills and knowledge beyond the regular curriculum. Not only are these clubs educational, but they also serve as platforms for students to socialize and collaborate with their peers who share similar interests. Another noteworthy aspect of St. Clement's is the great class sizes. With an ideal teacher-to-student ratio, every child receives the individualized attention they need to thrive academically. This personalized approach ensures that no student gets left behind and that each child's unique strengths and weaknesses are addressed effectively. The teachers at St. Clement's truly go above and beyond to ensure that every student is given the support they need to succeed. Overall, our experience at St. Clement Catholic School has been exceptional. It is a place where educational excellence meets genuine care and belonging. We feel incredibly grateful to be a part of this remarkable school and highly recommend it to any parents seeking a school that prioritizes both academic growth and personal development.Parent Review2y ago9 Reviews - Lanier Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe Leader in Me program has developed my students into leaders. They have grown so much since “finding their voice” and being in leadership roles throughout the school. My kids love to be in school and complain that the breaks are too long because they want to be with their teachers & classmates! In referencing the previous review:All schools are concerned about their school grade and ensuring students are learning & growing. It’s data! We are a small school, and definitely family-like. There will be cliques and not everyone will be bffs, however we aren’t “cold”!Other Review3y ago24 Reviews
