"Channelside has more dog parks per square mile than probably any other place in Tampa Bay! Also, you can take your dog anywhere here! Restaurants, bars, parks, etc!"
  • Rachel Z.
"You can walk to restaurants, Publix, the trolley, bars etc. the trolley will take you to ybor and to downtown with stops along the way. If I worked in downtown my life would be great, it’s a short walk to downtown and there are scooters and bus stops everywhere "

"Very dog friendly restaurants/bars. Modern Paws store is in the heart of the neighborhood. Multiple dog parks. "
  • Jenna
"It’s extremely dog friendly. More people than not have dogs. There’s a local dog park & small grocery to get dog food. "
  • Randy M.
"It is a unique neighborhood because of being right next to downtown Tampa and next to the Port of Tampa. Where else can you take a look out your window on a Sunday morning and see a cruise ship coming into dock?"
  • Randy M.
"The neighborhood is unique because it is in downtown Tampa and there are a ton of condos and apartments. There are no single family homes that I know of. It is also primarily made up of 30-50year old professionals due to the cost of living in the neighborhood. "
  • design g.
"I've lived here for over 10 years and it's gotten better and better. Walk to all of the major events happening in the downtown Tampa area. Very easy access in and out of the neighborhood. Parks, cafe's, bars, restaurants, gyms, entertainment.. what else could you want? "
