    "i enjoy the close proximity to MacDill AFB. It's only a 15-20 minute commute. is also very close to everything in Tampa. Mostly because we are in close proximity to I-275 highway and Dale Mabry Highway."

    " Close to everything. Interstate 275 and I 4. Fist exit as you get on I 275 is downtown. Can go shopping either above Kennedy blvd or below. Downtown is 7 minutes away. Centralized to use Gandy Bridge, Eisenhower Bridge or the Courtney Campbell. @ hospitals with in 7-8 minutes. One being Tampa General."
