"I have lived here for almost 17 years. It is very well maintained and the landscaping is really attractive. The oak trees are more mature now, making the whole community more attractive. Very friendly neighbors and quite convenient to everything. Very kid friendly."

"We have lived in this neighborhood for 16 years. People are friendly and family-oriented. There is lots of green space and the neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained. Pets are happy and well mannered. The location is ideal, with all you need nearby (schools, library, Publix grocery store, movie theatres, shopping). Arbor Greene was recently named on the top 10 list of Tampa neighborhoods, and was the top rated in the New Tampa area. A great place to live!"

"In Arbor Greene, one of Tampa's premier neighborhoods. 24 hour guard at entrance with second gate into Devonshire Lake neighborhood. Elementary and Middle School in walking distance. Walk to library and retaurants. 2 miles to Publix. 1o minutes to Walmart, Wiregrass Mall, movies, Home Depot, and many more restaurants. A must see, very clean, move-in ready home."
