    "People are friendly. Many people own dogs and there are nice sidewalks for safe walks. Also we are close to Hyde park (which is beautiful and awesome) and connects to Arlington park. "

    "Beautiful older Sarasota neighborhood near Arlington Park's wonderful swim, tennis, walking, picnicking area. Highly walkable, excellent restaurants within 6-8 blocks; top schools, convenient to downtown and both Siesta and Lido beaches and the St. Armand's shopping/dining/walking district. Couldn't be better for those desiring a family oriented neighborhood with nearby amenities for both adults and kids."

    "Highland Park is less than 5 min. to downtown Sarasota and filled with homes built in the 50s & 60s but don't be fooled by the exteriors some of these homes will blow your mind on the inside. Others are being knocked down to build amazing new modern homes. Just blocks away is Arlington Park a great place to walk the dog, play tennis, basketball, swim, etc. Mature landscape also makes this an inviting Location, Location, Location"
