Palmetto Park

"I've lived in the Palmetto Park neighborhood since March, 2007 and it's gotten nicer each year. It's an overall quiet neighborhood with a lot of friendly neighbors. There is a renewed business interest in the surrounding area so now there are more shopping/dining/entertainment options within walking distance (only 2 blocks away from the Central Ave shopping district). Because of it's central location and quick access to I-275 (2-3 minutes- north or south bound) you can get from the Palmetto Park neighborhood to anywhere in the main Tampa Bay area in about 30 minutes (or much less).
