    "There used to be alot of renters here but the owners who used to rent out, have lost their investments to forclosure and then the banks sell to new homeowners, less riff-raff in the neighborhood except for a few 'bebe's kids'. Generally, it's quiet, people wave and say Hello while walking their dogs, it's a nice community. It's a well maintained community with nice amenities and it's in a great location, close to downtown @Gardens or downtown west palm/CityPlace. "

    "Truly a great location and community in which to live. Very diverse and friendly. Walking distance to Walmart, Target, Kohls, Lowes and several big box retailers. Three miles to the ocean....amazing location! "
