"HOA is a joke, they write home owners letters and then they don't do anything. People do not take care of the homes, this neighborhood has had several break-ins, even the police that live here have their things stolen. The street is blocked with parked cars, sometime you can't get to your house without having to hunt someone down and ask them to move their car. The only good thing is that parks and shopping are near by and the interstate is close. . "
