"Most areas of Palm Aire are regulated against dogs! People get around this by getting “Therapy Dog” letters from their doctors."
  • Michael D.
"ok neighborhood they're rebuilding and putting on new roofs. very bad parking so not ideally for couple or have friends over. the work crew and office are really nice here at Palm Aires on lyons. need to take better care of the canal back here like Stop spraying toxic. "
  • Headsound
"Dogs are prohibited! They are not allowed anywhere on the property, although “therapy” dogs are allowed."
  • Phil Z. R.
"Nice area, but no families or dogs. The condos here are largely empty, owned by Snow-birds & Canadians, so very quite & not to crowded. Definitely needs to allow dogs & attract more families. The area is great if prices were a little lower."
  • Carmen
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. Neighbors are very friendly and everything is close by."
  • Dinodiver
"Multicultural pot. Love the pool and tree areas. Lots of parking space and nice social common area. I wished I played golf."
  • Brooke G.
"We have nothing. I've been in Breezes at Palm Aire for 3 years and never ever has there been an event."
  • Phil Z. R.
"Palm Aire is a great & safe community, but the HOA fee is far to high & the schools in the area are poor. Thus a great place to rent & live short term, not a place to raise a family & call home for long. That is unless they reduce the HOA FEE by half or more."
  • Elhueso83
"Neighbors gathering every weekend at the pool. what's the nicest though, is everyone shares what they cook! "
  • angelamedwid
"Palm Aire is GREEN! Trees and lawns & golf courses too (of course). Walking, biking, running, strolling you will see people doing the same & everyone says hi to you. Grocery store within walking distance. Canal with fish, turtles etc. Lovely calm place."
  • Erin R.
"Beautiful area filled with some of the nastiest human beings I’ve encountered. Also, major plumbing and mold issues "
  • Mike H.
