"Great Neighborhood! Clean and easy access to everything!"

"Garden Isles is a beautiful, quiet, family friendly neighborhood with the majority of the homes located on waterfront lots. Many of the properties have undergone extensive renovations in the past 10 years and two story homes are taking over property sites where one story houses had been a few years earlier. The value of the waterfront property setting makes this possible since no more new waterfront properties with ocean access are left in south Florida for development. Garden Isles is just blocks south of a great magnet school, Pompano Beach Middle School and many increadible private schools such as Cardinal Gibbons, Pinecrest, and Westminster Academy all just a few blocks south of the neighborhood. Besides being a little over a mile from the beach and Pompano's board walk, Garden Isles also is very close to Pompano's best park ammenities such as the Amphitheatre, clay tennis courts, new public pools, shaded jogging tracks, a dog park, the Pompano Beach Golf Course, The Municipal Airport and Blimp Base and Sand and Spurs horse park. Limited amount of multifamily rental properties in the neighborhood help maintain the value of the properties and a stable community base. Many of my neighbors and I have lived in this community for over 20 years. A favorite past time for many in the neighborhood is leaving their back yard by boat to go fishing, visiting friends, watching the boat parade or dining at nearby local boat friendly restaraunts. The majority of Garden Isles is surrounded by similar waterfront properties with neighborhoods like Cypress Harbor to the southwest, Snug Harbor to the northeast and High Ridge to the south. These neighboring waterfront communities help keep values up and add to the secure and more private feeling aspect of the streets, many of which are cul-de-sacs types and require some local knowledge for driving and walking through. Garden Isles really is a wonderful place to invest in your first house or your 3rd and a great place to call home!"
