    "I think they would like this area. They supply us with bags to pick up after our dogs. They have a garbage to throw it out in and they have designated areas for us to walk the dogs but not everyone adheres to it. Very few walk the dogs around the houses and don’t pick up after themselves. It’s annoying but it doesn’t happen all the time. "
