5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOrange Park High School is such a special place! The teachers are some of the most pure-hearted, compassionate, and skilled people I have ever met. Truly inspiring place to walk the halls of, and it has inspired me to pursue education. Administration here fosters a culture of family and looking out for one another. There are several teacher, staff, and admin who have a long tenure at OPHS because of its deep roots in the Orange Park community, being built in 1959. Athletics, while not amazing records, are extremely well-managed, with caring coaches, and great facilities. The CTE (Career and Technical Education) options, for students looking to go into some area of the trades after high school, are vast at OP including Automotive, Welding, Carpentry, Engineering, Manufacturing, Early Childhood, Nursing, Culinary, Emergency Medical, Firefighting, Banking, and Digital Design. The Art and Ceramics programs are extremely well-rounded as well, with seasoned artists as the teachers of those classes. OPHS leaders highlight student and teachers who Rise above the rest, and establish valuable partnerships with the community, as a Children's Home Society Community Partnership School. The alumni network at Orange Park is wide and chances are a Clay County resident knows someone who is a Raider alum! Overall, this is a wonderful school whose motto is Outshine Perception for a reason. You might drive by and see an old high school campus with mid-century architecture, but OPHS truly has a heart and culture like no other, and you have to step inside and talk to the staff and students to know this.Other Review1y ago13 Reviews - Doctors Inlet Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love LES. Been attending since Kindergarten and couldn't be happier. I wouldn't consider any other school. LES is headed by a strong principal, Ms. Wolfe, and the admin team is kind and supportive. Overall, the teachers are caring and supportive, you can bring your concerns to them and they'll work with you to find a solution. They're involved in the community and are willing to stop and say hello even on a random weekend sighting. Any time I've had questions, they have fully responded in a timely manner. I look forward to another successful year for my child this year and will be sad when he leaves to Jr. High in 2 years. Go Lakers!Parent Review2y ago6 Reviews - Ridgeview Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRidgeview Elementary is pure sunshine! Teachers and staff are so very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. RVE has many family events for families to be involved with. My two sons love this school and I feel based on their grades and state test scores have been well prepared year after year by the fabulous teachers at this school. Both of my sons have 504s and I have never had an issue meeting with their teachers or admin or RVE making 504 accomodations for my sons based on their individual needs. Truly a wonderful school where people care about my children. I can't ask for more than that.Parent Review2y ago5 Reviews - Ridgeview High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is not what it used to be. Any concerns brought to the principal's attention are not addressed. Some of the teachers are unprofessional and unsupportive. If your child has a 504 or IEP, they act like your child is a burden or is taking advantage of the accommodations. There's a reason the school's test scores have consistently declined. And the once great Montessori program is a joke now! It's good for pre-k and lower elementary, but not for upper elementary!Parent Review3mo ago9 Reviews - Pinewood Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe move around often because we're military. Overall, this has been the best school my children have attended among all the Christian schools we have put them in. It is not a chino school (Christian in name only). They actually uphold biblical principles. My children come home singing their hearts out the songs they learn in school. I will be very saddened to get orders soon to leave this school, and so will my children. I always worry where I send my kids to school if it will be a positive influence between fellow classmates or not and since being at this school for 2 years. I feel so confident in the teachers and their influence on my kids. I adore this school.Parent Review3mo ago3 Reviews - Berean Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDo not send your kids to this school. They lack empathy and will mentally abuse your children by telling them they are a shame and call them liars when they can’t take accountability. It’s 10 percent black children there and zero black employees.Parent Review1y ago16 Reviews
