"I work 5 minutes away so my commute is always nice. Traffic isn’t heavy in this area. Sometimes there is a little bottleneck near 95. "
  • Andrew
"I'm not a dog owner, but there are many. People seem responsible. You see a lot of dogs being walked around the fruit loop."

"This neighborhood has lovely walking, bicycle paths, is dog friendly and has really nice neighbors. Ten Minutes away driving you have access to Oakland Park's Main Street - The City of Oakland Park hosts Music Festivals, Dancing in the Street, Octoberfest, Trunk Or Treat, Taste of Oakland Park, and the Holiday Village! There is a lot of economic development going on in Oakland Park so now is the time to buy! It has a very urban artsy Brooklyn type feel to it! Great place to invest if you are a first time buyer."
