    "This area is up and coming with some really great gated communities like Valencia golf and country club. The homes in there are beautiful and right on a golf course and an awesome clubhouse. Prices are rising fast, so hurry. Very low inventory."

    "My neighbors are great! Clubhouse has a gym and pool. Good schools are close by. Shopping and entertainment are "in town" - at least 15-30 minute drive. The towing of street-parked vehicles has been a negative, too."

    "Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood; great for families - walking distance to schools. 15 minutes to interstate, 30-40 minutes to downtown. Very few restaurants or entertainment within 15 minute drive - but lots in 30-45 minutes drive. Nice mix of rural, suburban and small city life."
