    "This house is located 8/10's of a mile from the beach. A mile from 2 different movie theaters. A mile from grocery shopping and clothes stores. Everything you need is in a 5 mile radius. The neighborhood is safe and kid friendly."

This is a 2/1 Duplex (2/1 on each side) Large backyard close to beach, Walk to Mercato, Bike to Beach, across 41 on the other side is Hobby Lobby, Chuckie Cheeses, Pier One, Marshall's & restaurants, randys fish market, Applebees, walmart, Mcdonalds, Publix- Many places within walking distance."
