"Owners are always respectful. Dogs are kept on leash or in yards. People are responsible for their pups and clean up after them. "

"Lake Hollingsworth is only minutes away for walking your dog. Many fenced in yards, great dog parks close by, and excellent veterinary care available. Also there are several doggy day cares in the area. Four Paws Only is my favorite. "

"Great place to raise your kids. Beautiful and great neighbors. Schools are close and grocery stores are also very 2-5 minutes away."

"I love this neighborhood. It’s quiet. Neighbors are friendly. The historic architecture gives the neighborhood gives it a magical appeal. None of the houses look the same and everyone takes pride in keeping the quaint aspect of the surroundings. It’s truly one of the jewels of Lakeland. "

"Historic Beacon Hill has long been a highly desired, prestigiuos neighborhood locally nicknamed the 'reservation" for the Indian tribe names of the streets. Quiet old fashined neighborhood where erveryone walks their dogs at night, says hello to their neighbors, and has organized neighborhood parties. Home to many professionals, Beacon Hill is close to schools, shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Once you move into the neighborhood, you'll never want to leave. "
