"There are no sidewalks inside the neighborhood... but once you walk out front or back entrance sidewalks everywhere.
I'd say 80% pick up poop... the other 20% ... 90% of them have huge dogs with large landmines!!!"

"A lot of cats around not much “backyard” space. Other than that really nice and quiet location. Great for kids ! School is a mile away; elementary and high school. "
