    "A mixed city neighborhood, close to everything. Great shopping & selection of restaurants. The bugs are particularly bad here. Near 2 hospitals & 3 Wal-Mart's. Theater & the arts are 30 minutes by car in Sarasota. Anna Maria Island beaches 30 minutes away."

    "my neighborhood is just off a main road with access to public transportation stops. It is also only 8 to 15 minutes to the beach depending on traffic. its a quiet neighborhood that is just a long oval thats a no thru street. close to restaurants and many other stores. Also only 10 minutes from the airport, Palmetto, and Sarasota "

    "A lot of dogs loose and running around on the streets homeless. Lots of owners around town also let their dogs roam around freely off the leash and unsupervised, many have been hit and killed."

    "No crime on Sheriffs report. Very centrally located, close to all. Very light train noise in mornings, lots of birds. Old retirey area, now becoming young families & some latinos. Pretty quiet, but some loud bikers and dogs around."
