    "This is a great area that is very safe and has everything you need within a 3 mile radius, form schools, to hospitals, and shopping to entertainment. All major store and the Boynton Beach Mall are with in two miles and public bus stop is right outside the entrance. Great place for raising kids or newlyweds and retirees. The demographics of the community is mixed."
