Lake Boynton Estates

"I used to live in this neighborhood from the early 90's till early 00's. Back then the neighbors all knew each other, everyone was friendly, kept their yards up, and it was a very safe place to live and bring children up. Most of the people that lived there when I lived there are all gone and there are many "undesirables" living there now. No one keeps up with their properties so it's very run down. There have also been quite a few break-ins over the years, plus kids bikes, etc getting stolen. Not a safe place to be these days! It's a shame because I used to be proud to live there...no I'm embarrassed to go visit."
