"There are a lot of families here the neighborhood is transitioning to a younger demographic. This is a REALLY sought after area in east Boca Raton. I know almost all of my neighbors for about three blocks. Everyone looks out for each other & most are vigilant if there is suspicious activity in the area. crime is low. People are really nice."
  • Jmedinabaez
"Boca Raton is great for families with small kids. The schools are some of the best. There are over 40 public parks, two public libraries, and the beach. "

"The Hidden Valley neighborhood in NE Boca Boca Raton is just minutes from the beach, shopping, and downtown Delray Beach but with the Boca school districts and old old Florida charm."

"Minutes from the beach and between downtown Delray Beach and Boca Raton's Mizner Court, you have everything without ever feeling you live among strip malls. Lush neighborhoods of single family homes sprawl around easy to access back roads."
  • Crista D.
"We have lived here for 12 years and love it! It is east of I-95 and close to everything. There are tons of families in the area and the schools are great. The best part is that there are no HOA dues. "
