Excellent school, excellent teachers & excellent administration. This is my second child graduating from FCE and they have all received a great education and always excellent communication from the school. Many activities, science fairs, plays, shows, active PTO & FCE Spirit nights for parents to interact with school and staff. Some of the 1 & 2 star reviews are embarrassing both for the writing and pettiness. FCE has a policeman who doubles as the crossing guard and no longer allow parents to cut through the car line to get their child because they are too lazy to wait in line. This is for everyone’s safety & thanks to FCE & the police of Altamont are keeping us safe!

My 2 children have attended LKO for the last 3 years and I have had nothing but a positive experience when it relates to teachers and admin! The school has worked very hard to make sure as many kids needs are met as possible. Student population is varied and it provides a good environment for learning with peers from all different backgrounds and abilities.

My kids are thriving here, it’s a wonderful neighborhood school with excellent staff. We are big supporters of public school and wish more parents in the neighborhood wouldn’t overlook LSE for private school!

I used to be a student here from kindergarten till the end of 7th grade. It was a good experience but the only concern is, is that there is barely any discipline for kids in classes and the school would not do anything for loopholes found by students. There was a website where they could enter a YouTube link and watch the video. I remember telling my teachers about this because it seemed like it was getting out of hand and they just said, “I know” like what the heck. Good school, just some bad things.
