    "Fireworks, gun shots, homeless, and the night life of market street, where everything closes at 9 pm and nothing is open on Sundays. It’s an area meant for business crowds not the actual community. Closest grocery store is in the hood of Adam’s four or you can go to the shoprite by the riverfront. "

    "Very quiet at night. Very friendly neighborhood. Close to parks and schools. The restaurants are in walking distance of my home and have very reasonable prices and location. My neighbors are very respectful and kind-hearted older folks. We always speak and help each other out from time to time."
