"I have lived in this area for over 14 years and love, love the area. Close to Main Street, shopping, the University and wonderful park land. Deer field is across the street, so if you're an avid golfer, this is the place for you. Just a great area to be, so glad I had the chance to live in this area."

"Lovely park to walk through the woods and family friendly area. Near to the Newark Charter School and within walking distance to the University of Delaware. "

"Great family neighborhood with good mix of kid ages, in addition to younger couples, and retirees. Quick, easy access to the University of Delaware, and all that bustling downtown Newark offers in shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Excellent spot for BRAC families. Neighborhood within required radius for applications to Newark Charter School...THE #1 K-8 school in the State. 20 minute commute to Wilmington. Plus, UofD, Bank of America, WL Gore, and other very solid companies create strong stability for the area."
