3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis year it’s my daughter’s second year in Southern Elementary school, she loves the school and her teachers. We are worried for her in kindergarten but she headed up have a caring teacher and that was her first time teaching. I do recommending this school because of my two years experience with them and more will come soon.Parent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Wilbur (Kathleen H.) Elementary

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of our children have attended this school from Kindergarten through 5th grade. We could not have asked for a better childhood educational experience for our children. Thank you to the teachers and staff that truly make this the best elementary school around!Parent Review8y ago36 Reviews - Tall Oaks Classical School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the story of a very good Christian School gone astray...This was once a really good school. One of our children has graduated in the last couple of years and we have two that are still attending. The staff are above average and the administration is very lacking. The admin. just wants to pack in the kids, pay for sports teams, and subsidize athlete's tuition. This has led to the entire school going "downhill" - where academics are not valued, bands of "athletes" roam the halls picking on kids, and no one stops it.It is just sad - the way this school was before the new administration came in, was amazing... Now, it is just "meh".The swearing, selective enforcement of uniforms rules, and general lowered standards is disheartening. If we were looking at a schools to send our children to today, we would skip this one and pay a little more to go to someplace that does not focus so much on athletics, focuses on *all* children, and ensures mental health for all.Parent Review1y ago8 Reviews
