5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAwesome school, awesome teachers, awesome staff. My son's teachers took a child who was struggling terribly at his prior school due to their failure to accommodate his needs, and helped him develop and thrive beyond what we could have hoped for. My daughters' teachers have also been excellent. Very happy to have my kids in NGE! To the commenter who said the school is a "third world country," wow, aren't you great! The high Hispanic population does nothing to detract from the excellent programs this school offers and shouldn't even be a factor in a review, especially for someone who is becoming a teacher - for shame. Perhaps your perception of overcrowding was a side effect of your obvious racism, as the teacher/student ratio is excellent at NGE as well.Parent Review11y ago1 Reviews - Georgetown Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is wonderful! The speak program needed to be honored. They took my friends son who was in a school that was too restrictive for him in another school district and turned him into a honor role student. They gave him a chance when no one would. The special education program is outstanding the staff is wonderful. We miss this school so badly we love them!!!!Other Review12y ago1 Reviews - Jesus Is Lord Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love TJS! My daughter has been there since Kindergarten and is currently in 5th grade. She loves school. The kids spend as much time as possible outside and the learning is hands-on and very engaging. Student curiosity is nurtured and a love of learning is instilled. They have Spanish, Art, Music, and PE twice a week and health once a week. They learn mindfulness and effective study and test-taking skills. There is a school-wide holistic approach to teaching so that students are learning about topics across multiple subjects. Attending TJS has been a wonderful experience for my daughter and she has grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically because of the school.Parent Review7y ago14 Reviews
