    "Beautifully laid out neighborhood, with nice well-built houses, many constructed fairly recently. Not crowded. Some streets have sweeping curves & gently rolling hills. There are many wooded areas integrated into the setting. Friendly, diverse neighbors. Underground utilities are great. Best place I’ve ever lived!"
