"The area is a nice, mature neighborhood that is convenient to shopping, the freeway (10min to downtown) and the airport (20min). I found it to be quiet, peaceful and affordable to young families & retired people. There are a number of medical offices & a cancer treatment center closeby. Having the fire department so close by also meant that the streets are plowed quickly during snowstorms! The neighborhood is not bright & shiny new anymore, (most of the homes were built in the 60/70's) but then that makes it more accessible to more people, also. There's also some great investment opportunites in the neighborhood. Sorry to read the previous poster's experience, but I had great neighbors who looked out for each other & took pride in their homes, so I guess it depends on the research you do before moving in. I hope they find a neighborhood better suited to their sensibilities. "
