    "I live in Summerwind complex, it is big and secure gated community. Tailgating isn’t allowed, two traffic circle along the tree lead traffic to keep right. Traffic is usually heavy during commute and school dismissal time but not so bad. Accessing a gate with a gate code takes time to reach designated phone. I usually see 2-3 cars waiting for their turns. "
