    "Mostly hotels. There are a few apartment buildings and even less single family homes. The beach is less than a 5 min walk. There are parks all around. The train comes through frequently and is loud, 10:45 pm is the last with a horn and 6:45 am is the first with a horn. Great reliable alarm! "
