"Mixed demographic of college students and growing families. Also, this neighborhood has changed a lot for the worst. "

"Its a great place to live. Close to the university and many good schools, a lot of parks in the area, the mountains are minutes away. It’s close to the highways. There is shopping very close by and is near multiple malls. The area is under priced for Southern California and the quality of the homes is excellent. The homes are larger than what you would receive in LA County and orange county for the same price. it’s a great place to live."

"There are no community events. You're on your own. Pools in the community and the park nearby is nice."

"There aren't any community events here. I see people gathering at the pools for fun. other than that, people keep to themselves. "

"Fairly easy access to the freeway, either 215 or 210. About 30 minutes to Rancho Cucamonga. Easy access to shopping and food options."

"It’s the best area to live in San Bernardino so far. It’s quiet and peaceful compared to other San Bernardino areas. I’ve lived here for 4 years and I really love it."
