"I have been living in this area since 2009 and I have no prblem with it. Besides the occasional loud mexican music or other random events, this area is nice, safe and very quiet."

"Safe, quiet neighborhood for families. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, major shopping areas, and schools. Several public parks for outdoor fun, and games. We live here and love our neighbors and the convenience of the area."
