    "Its a very diverse mix of folks, little pockets of extreme affluence among lower middle class and then relatively lots of homeless folks compared to nose residential areas. Also a lot of small industrial parks and areas mixed in too, which probably helps explain some of the higher crime and drug use around here too. "
