"At first glance, I wasn't sure of the neighborhood. But, once I researched the crime statistics and discovered that many of the homes are occupied by owners, who have lived there for many decades, I came to love this area. I was pleasantly surprised at whaq lovely area this is. The neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful -- everyone seems to look out for each other. It's refreshing living in a location where children still play outside, neighbors lean across the fences to discuss local politics, etc., vehicular traffic is barely noticeable, and the nights are peaceful with the sound of crickets. This are is, most definitely, a sanctuary nestled in the midst of a chaotic city."
